W. H. M'Keay v. Liebet.—Claim L2 6s for rent, and to procure an order of ejectment.— Judgment for plaintiff, with costs. W. May v. John White, In this action, a fraud summons, defendant was ordered to pay LI p-r week for tour weeks, in default fourteen days’ imprisonment.
lohn Gollie v Matthew Waddle.—Claim of LSO, bill of exchange for goods supplied. Mr Joyce appeared for plaintiff, and Mr M'Keay defended. The case was post poned for a month to enable plaintiff to take action in the Bankruptcy Court defendant having filed_a declara-, tion of insolvency. |
Anderson and Morrison v. Alex. Thomson/ —Claim LlO, for goods supplied. Mr Denniston appeared for plaintiff, for whom judgment was given with costs. Bank of New Zealand v. Thomas Kohn and Co. -Claim LSO 4s 9d. Judgment for plaintiffs by confession.
Robert VV. Crawford v, Francis Crowther. — Claim L 5 10s, commission on sale of two sections of land at Carey’s Bay —Mr E. Cook appeared for plaintiff; Mr Joyce for defendant. —There being oath against oath, his Worship gave judgment for defendant with ordinary costs, saying the presumption was against plaintiff.
