The promoters wish to call special attention to the fact that the profits derived from the manufacture and sale of the articles to he made are in credibly, largo in some oases extending to 10 1 per cent.; they therefoefeel perfect confidence in assuring the public of the undoubted safety of the undertaking and with economical and judicious management, very handsome returns on the capita invested may bo confidently expected. It is proposed to take over at a valuation the steam factory of H. J. Bacon in Cumberland street, which has power suitable for the business.
