Final Order. —A final order of dischaige was granted to Albert Edward Davidson Hamilton. IN BANCO. The Solicitor-General v. the Corporation of Dunedin. —Argument herein in respect to the Princes street widening case was continued, Mr Haggitt contending that the motion should be disallowed, with costs. No fresh grounds were raised.
