The promoters wish to call special attention to the fact that the profits derived from the manufacture and sale of the articles to he made are incredibly, large in some oases extending to 10 I per cent.; t hey therefo e feel perfect confidence in assuring the public of the undoubted safety of the undertaking and with economical and judicious management, very handsome returns ou the capital invested may be confidently expected It is proposed to take over at a valuation the steam factor yof H. Of the amount of valuation to be paid for the pr> raises, the vendor agrees to take the onehalf in paid up shares.
