The fine Auckland-Built foro-nnri-aft schooner •Tessie Henderson, with' a full cargo of timber from Kaipara, sailed up this morning with a good breeze, and continued her course to Bimediu, but unfortunately took tho bank al the entrance of the eveschannel, where she •v.-'U remain until h’ath water. She loft Kaipara. on. the 29th, Captain Kobinson reports tho barque Harriett Armitage as having aoarly completed her leading for this port.

The Union Co.'s'a.s. Beautiful Star returned from her usual trip to Lyttelton via Timaru at 7.30 this morning, and steamed alongside the barque Cora Linn to discharge 300 bags of grain. She left Lyttelton with forty-five immigrants at 2 p.m. on the sth; arrived at Timaru at 6 a.m. on the 6th; landed immigrants, and took on board 700, bags of grain, and left for Port Chalmers at 6.30,’p.m. last night. She had a strong northerly wind from Timaru to arrival.

SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. Auckland, August 6. —The Cyphreues has sailed for San Francisco. The barque Speculation has arrived from Dunedin after a rapid passage of four days. Wellington, August 7. —The Pelican has sailed for Dunedin with 250 telegraph poles and 34 packages of telegraph material. The Luna has sailed on a cruise.
