To the 'Editor, Sir, -It must be gratifying to you, as it is flatteiing to your correspondence, to know that the subjects treated by the latter in your columns are deemed of so much importance as to induce the ‘ North of England Advertiser,’ an influential journal, published in Newoastle-on-Tyne, to devote a leading article of nearly two columns in the issue of May 8 to a discussion of a correspondence which appeared in the Evening Star in January last. —lam, &c., One op the Correspondents.
