TVJOTICE is hereby given that a Special XI General Meeting of the Shareholders in the above Society will be held in the Temperance Hall, Moray Place, on Wednesday, the 16th Juno instant, at the hour of 8 o’clock in the evening, for the purpose of altering the rules of the Society in the following particulars, vis.:—Rule 64, to substitute for the words, “a to seventy-five per cent, on the profits ” the words “such proportion as the committee may determine of the profits.” Rule 66, to substitute for the words “ a pro rata proportion to the extent of seventy-five per cent, on the profits to be realised, shown up to the last previous balance-sheet,” the words “ such proportion as the Committee may determine of the profits realised.” Also, for the purpose of adding the following rule: Shareholders may vote either personally or by proxies, but no person other than a shareholder shall be appointed a proxy,” JAMES WINTER, Secretary.
