The ‘ Young Ladies’ JoUrnal’ is even better than usual. Ladies who are fond of lace-work will be pleased with the present number, for it is rich in lace patterns, both large and small, the most striking being one for the - now fashionable Cuirasse jacket. Mothers with little: vonips to. dress will welcome the various patterns for children’s ; pinafores and tunica given iu page 312. ( There is also a large colored fashion plate, and a gigantic supplement, containing numerous patterns for ladies’ and children’s, dresses and'costumes; '’‘ Waiting the May’ and ‘Fascination’ are the title's of the two new tales commenced in this number. .
