O Bnen, 12s 6d—in all these cases judgment was given for plaintiffs by default. Smith v. Flexman.—ln this oase Me Cook, who appeared for plaintiff, said he had just learned that defendant paid the amount into Court this morning without notifying the fact. Coubbol would therefore for ooats, including three witnesses’ expensed—Judgment for plaintiff for the amount paid into Court, together with costs as applied for. _ Brennan v. W. Shanley.—Claim L 24, for dishonored cheque* Mr Cook appeared for Elaintiff, and stated that this amount also had een paid into Court this morning. He therefore made a similar application to that in the previous case.—Judgment for plaintiff, with costs. ■
