In reference to the concluding sentence of the paragraph in our yesterday’s issue rc the robbery of Ll3O from the bailiff’s room of the Resident Magistrate’s Court, we have been informed that the clerk alluded to voluntarily resigned his situation, and is at the present time in the Oantei bury Province. Our informant asrures us that there was no ground for the inference that might be drawn from our paragraph that the late clerk in the office was in any way connected with the robbery.
