—The s.s. Wellington was taken out of the Graving pock this morning, and the ship Don Juan hauled in for a further survey and to be recoppered. The steamers Wellington for the Northern Ports -, 01 - 1 J 0 . 1 ' Timaru, and Wtnganui for the Bluff’ sailed this afternoon.
The ship Wennington was removed from the railway pier yesterday alongside the new jettv, to discharge the remainder of her cargo of railway iron. J
"A fall-rigged sLi P with white figure-head, painted ports, high masts, and not very deeply laden, passed the Ocean Beaeh at noon to-day. She is supposed to be the H. T. Staines, for Dunedin. The N.Z.S.S. Co.’s s.s. Phoebe, with the Otago portion of the San Francisco Mail, consisting of sixty-four bags arrived alongside the railway pier from the Northern Ports at 10.30 this morning She leftthe Manukauat 2 p.m. on the 21th, called at Taranaki, Nelson, Picton, Wellington, and Lyttelton. having experienced fine weather during the trip.
