Alfred Goldsmith - Claim of L 3 13s lOd, for goods supplied Defendant not appearing, judgment was given tor the amount claimed with costs, r ,' f °^ 1130n v * John Jackson.—Claim of if i" vaaue and axles detained bv defendant, and for labor done in connection with the same. Mr Joyce appeared for the plaintiff. After hearing the evidence judgment was reserved till Tuesday next.
