Monday, May 24. (Before A. Mercer and J. Logan, Esqa., J.P.’s.)
Drunkenness. —Sami. Wrathall and Richd. Round were discharged with a caution; Geo. Williams, Wm. Roworth, and John Francis were each fined ss, in default, twenty-four hoars’ imprisonment; John Connor, 10s, or forty-eight hours’. Breach of the Peace.— James Weir and Michael Buan, alias Nesbitt, for fighting in Stafford street, were each fined 10s, or fortyeight hours’ imprisonment. Obscenity. —John Booth, charged with this offence, was let off with a caution.
