Monday, May 17. (Before T. A. Hansford, Esq., R.M.)
Drunkenness.— John M‘Neil, Charles Hudson, and Antonio Santa Anna, three seamen, were charged with this offence. The two first named having been locked up since Saturday, were discharged with a caution ; thejjother was fined 10s. wish the alternative of twenty-four hours’ imprisonment, he having been drunk in the public streets on Sunday.
