The benefits that will be con. by such an institution it is hoped will be recognised by the Working Men of this city, as supplying a legitimate channel of communiontion between them j and, as the principles upon which it is founded are intended for tiieir direct advantage, without distinction of trade or occupation, the ' Committee trust they will show their appreciation of the movement by enrolling their names as members. 2.
