LEGAL.
In Chambers, this morning, the Chief Jusdecided not to certify for costs in the case of Barrowman v. Stevens, his Honor being of opinion that the action might have been brought in the District Comt. Each party, theiefore. pays his own costs. His Honor to-day proceeded North to attend the sitting of the Court of Appeal.
