FATAL ACCIDENT.

Alaboring man Robert Flyers was accidentally killed by a fall of earth in a cutting at the back of Maori Hill, yesterday. The ground seemed perfectly safe, and no warning was given of the treacherous nature of the earth, which completely buried Byers, who died a few hours after being extricated. An inquest ou the body will probably be held on Monday.
