At about % p«m. his Excellency will leave Oamayu for Palmerston, staying for the night, at Mr John Douglas’s, at Mount Royal; the next morning reach Waikouaiti, where he will receive an addr ess tne local municipal body, ami be entertained at luncheon, and arrive in Dunedin the same afternoon.
