AST’ATER RATEPAYERS resident at the . billy or higher portions of the city who, owing to the temporary want of pressure from the reservoir consequent upon the drought, may not be obtaining a supply of water in the usual way, are now. being supplied by means of; water carts especially employed for the purpose. If by any accident any water ratepayer should not receive a supply by water cart, statedly, any complaint to that effect will receive due attention. Each water cart has a bell attached, which announces its approach, and buckets should be sent to the carts by all persons wanting a supply therefrom. By order.
