He estimated the ordinaly income for 1874 and 1875 at L 32.750, and the territorial receips at L 120,000, including L 30.000 to Tm r^ etl f i rom th . e sale of the foreshore, L74,.w0 is to be received fram the Trust and Loan Company to be specially devoted to the cost of reclaiming the foreshore. Altogether it is calculated that there would be L 172 383 to appropriate for the ensuing year. ’
