The goods had been supplied to defendant’s wife when they were not living together ; the parties having lived separate since October last—the wife with another mao. This was the first transaction between plaintiffs and Mrs Burns. -His Worship while admitting the hardship of tno case, said he must give judgment for the amount, defendant not having warned plaintiffs against supplying his wife the goods nor advertising that ho would not be responsiblo for any debts contracted by her.
