It was a capital race up to the last, when Atlas shot a-heud of Kath leen, who to all appearances had a g -.1 o’uanca, and won by a couple of lengths, jhr.y a good third, Urkno v i nowhere. -NELSON RACES. (By Telegbaph.] The Waimea Steeplechase yesterday was won by Tommy Dodd, Sultan being second. Ten started, and the race was an excellent one. The Hurdle Race was won easily also by Tommy Dodd.
