Jacobs y. Ash.—Claim Lls 4s 6d, for board and lodging. Defendant admitted the debt and judgment went by consent. George Lawrence v, W. Thomas.—Claim L 4 4s, for work and labor done and material supplfed. Mr Harris appeared for plaintiff, and defendant admitted L 3 10s of the claim. - Plaintiff and three witnesses gave evidence as to the ’wwrk done, which was erecting a chimney, and judgment was given for the amount claimed, with costs.
