To tks Editor. SIR, —I was glad to see in your telegraphic news of last evening’s issue a report that the Christchurch Jockey Club have punished W. M Kay by sentencing him to a much' more severe penalty than the Dunedin Club ihflioted fier his conduct at the late races, and, I may add, veiy properly so. Can you inform mo how often W. M‘Kay has been condemned by Jockey Clubs, and if the Dunedin T.O. took such into their favorable consideration ?—I am, &0., I-, j. . Justice. Dunedin, April 10.
