The amount of revenue received at the Customhouse on goods cleared for consumption this day was L 1,820 4s fid. Messrs M'Landreas, Hepburn, and Co. report having, sold to-day the fourteen years’ lease of part of sections 51 and 52, block 7, Maelnggan street, for per foot; the 21 years’ lease of section 2, block 15, Dowling street (J-acre), for L 5 10s per foot, alter spirited competition; two sections in MornIngton, one at L 45105, the other at L 59. Newington Lodge, at the top of Pitt street, was withdrawn, the biddings only reaching L 3,000.
