PRINCESS’S THEATRE.
The programme of the previous evening, with the exception of a change in the afterpiece, was repeated at the Princess’s last evening. An entirely new programme had been announced for lepresentation, and when the curtain rose to the Scotch drama “ Gilderoy ” no inconsiderable amount of disapprobation was expressed, and Mr Keogh, on behalf of the management, had, at the termination of the piece, to claim the indulgence of the audience (which was a large one) for the alteration, which he explained was unavoidable. He also stated that in addition to the Duvallis who had been re-engaged, Mr Vivian, comique, would appear during the race week. To-night the celebrated “Can Can” will be given.
