MAILS CLOSE, Northern Poets of New Zealand.—Per Phoebe, on Thursday, March 18, at 2 p.m. Note.— The steamer Albion is expected to leave Hokitika at 5 p.m. on Thursday, the 18th instant, .telegrams for the Australian Colonies or Europe via Java Cable, will be received at the Telegraph Office, Dunedm, for transmission to Hokitika up Ti?'S'i 0n 18th inst. The Tararua leaves the Bluff to-morrow, and telegrams for Australia, sc., will be received at the Dunedin office till 10 a.m. ARCH.
