When the horses passed the box the eecoad time vl Gregor pulled Mistletoe up, as he was by that time completely out of tbe race. Going round the ba«/k of the course the second time Ivanhoe ran up alongside of Banjo, and raced with him to the fun f r the straight, but M'Kay had evidently only been steady, mg his horse, for half way up the straight he again took the lead, and pa-.sed the post a winner by three lengths.
