T)UBLIC Notice is Hereby Given, that the AssessJL nxent of all Buildings, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments within the City of Dunedin, as authorised by “ The Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865," and “ The Otago Municipal Cornotations Ordinance Amendment Ordinance, 1872," for the year ending December 31st, 1875, according to the full, fair, and estimated annual rent at whion the same might reasonably be expected to let from year to year, free of all usual tenants’ rates and taxes, and deducting therefrom the probable average annual cost of repairs, insurance, and other expenses (if any) necessary to maintain the same in a slate to command such rent, has been duly rna/u, Notice is further given, that the said Assessment having on the th&d day of March, 1875, been allowed by the, Council of the said City, is now deposited and may be daily inspected, at the Town Clerk’s office, in Manse street, in the said City, between the liours’of 10 a.m. ana 4 pan., by any person interested therein.
