T.o the Editor. Your correspondent of Saturday need not despair ; lie can realise his hopes'by apply-' ing at the little office, Rattray street. The very best coal is furnished to all parts ot the City at the rate of 20s per ton ; if outside the City boundary Is more is charged for toll and horse labor.
