FLOATING OF THE FOUR MILLION LOAN.

[By Telegraph.] Wellington, March 9. The Government have to-day received a cablegram from Messrs Vogel, Julyan, Sargent, and Featherston stating that the four million loan had been negotiated through the Messrs Rothschild. The loan was issued bearing 4<| per cent, interest. Full particulars are promised shortly.
