DUNEDIN MUNICIPAL BONDS FOE SALE BY TENDER, TENDERS will be received at the Town Cleric s Office, Mhnso street, on or before Friday, 12th March, 1875, at 4 p.m., for the whole or any portion of (L 25.000) Twenty-five Thousand Pounds, value of Dunedin Municipal Bonds. The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of the Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865 ; bear interest at the rate of six per cent, per annum, payable half-yearly ; and are secured on the City rates. The Bonds are for LIOO each, and will 1 e redeemable in the year 1905. At the option of any purchaser, the Council undertakes to pay principal and interest in either London, Melbourne, Sydney, or Dunedin.
