WHEREAS many complaints have recently been made to the effect that the dust boxes are allowed to remain on the kerb stones and footpaths of the City, to the obstruction of traffic and to the annoyance of the public, Notice is Hereby Given that the Counc;l of the City directs that all dust boxes arc only to be placed on the kerb stones upon the approach of the dust cart.
