All persons allowing their boxes to remain upon tlie public streets, either prior to their being emptied or subsequently, will be pro needed against for an infringement of the byelaw which prohibits obstructions in the streets. The present arrangement is that the carts start from Princes street south and from George street, at the White Hone Hotel, simultaneously, daily, at 8 a.m.. and proceed thence towams tlie centre of the City. 1 lie streets traversed daily by the contractor’s carts are as under Princes street, from Anderson's Bay Road to Octagon.
