Pure-bred rams brought exceptionally high prices. Mr M'Lean sold two (imported) at L 35 each. Mr Middleton sold a Lincoln one at L 45, one at L4l, one at L3O 10s—others averaging Ll2 10a to L 24. He realised L 385 for twenty Provincial-bred rams.
