The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of the Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1885 ; bear interest at the rate of six per cent, per annum, payable half-yearly • and are secured on the City rates. ’ The Bonds are for LIOO each, and will be redeemable in the year 1905.
