February 6. (Before Messrs J. Birch, and J. Logan, Esqs., J.P.’s) ,-^ r °nkenness.—John Kydd was fined 20s with the option of three days’ imprisonment. _vaoranct. Alice McNamara, for assaulting William barkly in a brothel off Walker street, sentenced to three months’ imprisonment, with hard labor; and on a further charge of vagrancy to an additional three months’ imprisonment. Indecency. —George Madison, charged with an aggravated offence of this nature, was sent to gaol for twelve months.
