The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of the Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1805 ; bear interest at the rate of six per cent, per annum, payable halfyearly ; and are secured on the City rates. The Bonds are for LIOO each, and will be redeemable in the year 1905, At the option of any purchaser, the Council undertakes to pay principal and interest in either London, Melbourne, Sydney, or Dun edm.
