The construction of the Ocean Beach and Peninsula Railway has also been commenced, and the Racecourse section, it is confidently anticipated, will be available for the March meeting, so that very shortly the city will he connected with the Ocean Beach by a splendid drive and railway, both through the centre of the above town.
