Tuesday, January 19. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Chapman and a Special Jury.)
Robinson v. N. J, B. M'Gregok. —Claim of L 3.000, for alleged breach of agreement, was continued to-day. At the conclusion of the plaintiff’s case, Mr Macassey moved for a nonsuit. The points raised were reserved by his Honor, and the .case for the defence was then opened. When the Court adjourned, five wincsscses for defendant had been examined. ' The hearing of the case will be continued, and probably concluded, tomorrow.
