Sir, -I think it is due to the public to know why there is not sufficient change in coppers kept at the various railway stations, ihe second-class single fare to and from Oaverskam is fourpence, and if you offer six. pence for a ticket the cry is invariably “no change, especially at the Dunedin end. I have several times had to go away without my to take a first class ticket and several my friends have been served the same way.
