Branch races are cut to command most of the workings at present open at Naseby. 4 dams, with large capacity for the storage of water. The whole property comprising every requisite for the profitable carrying on of a Water Race Company’s business. To he sold in eleven shares. Lot 2. —Tail race for upper part of Wet Gully, terminating in Main Gully, Naseby, about 2 miles long. Lot 3.—Tail race and 2-acre claim, known as Wade’s claim, Wet Gully, Naseby. Lot 4. —Tail race in Moore’s Gully, terminating in Main Gully, Naseby. Lot s.—Mining tools, consisting of hose, boxes, nozzles, crowbars, &c. Lot 6.—Smithy of sod, and roofed with iron, containing the usual tools for a working party. Lot 7. — Stab’e of sod, and iron roof. Lot B.—One tip dray and harness, in good working order. Lot 9. - One saddle and bridle. Lot 10.—One two-roomed wooden building, roofed with iron, being part of the dwelling now occupied by the company’s manager, situate on Slaughter-yard Hill.
