The lowest or any tender not necesrarily accepted. JOHN L. GILLIES, Secretary. OTAGO HARBOR BOARD 6 PER CENT. DEBENTURES, DUE 1913. APPLICATIONS are invited by the Colonial Bank of New Zealand for the whole or part of the first issue of the Otago Harbor Board Debentures, amounting to L 20.000. The Debentures will he issued for LIOO each, will bear interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum, principal and interest being payable at the option of applicants either in London, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Dunedin. The entire loan, whioh is secured on the Harbor Property and Revenues, is repayable by annual drawings after five years from date of issue, the total sum payable beina not later than the year 1913. Further particulars may be obtained at the chief office of the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, Dunedin, who have been appointed Agents by the Board.
