APPLICATIONS are invited by the Colonial Bank of New Zealand for the whole or part of the first issue of the Otago Harbor Board Debentures, amounting to L 20.000. The Debentures will be issued for HOG each, will bear interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum, principal and interest being payable at the option of applicants either in London* Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Dunedin.
