Muir, who was to have been one of che judges, but did not arrive tdl near the cl-se of the exhibition, gave, at Mr Long’s request, an exhibition of what he could do with the flying trapeze, perform ng some leaps that excited the « arm a Imitation of those present; and, dining the interval, Mr Long himse’f performed on tin horizontal bar. The prizj-takers were c -nior Class : First, W. L. Mol ison; second, Weston ; third, Hardy/, Junior Ciasi : Fist, Burnsecond, Banks ; thirl. Wheeler. Honorable meet on: Webster and Vlac’ean.
