Notice is hereby given, that objections having been lodged with me against the Shutting Up of certain road lines included m the Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1874, situate in the Road Districts of Aparima, Blueskin, Half-way Bush, Peninsula, Portobello, Shotover, and Otepopo, a Special Meeting of the Executive Council will be held in the Government Buildings, Dunedin, on Friday, the 18th day of December, at noon, for the purpose of deciding the said objections, when parties interested are invited to attend. APPLICATIONS are invited by the Colonial Bank of New Zealand for the whole or part of the first issue of the Utago Harbor Board Debentures, amounting to L 20.000. The Debentures will he issued for LIOO each, will bear interest at the rate of (J per cent per annum, principal and interest being paj able at the option of applicants either in Loudon, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Dunedin, The entire loan, whioh is secured on the Harbor Property and Revenues, is repayable by annual drawings after five years from date of issue, the total sum payable being not later than the year 1913. ° Further particulars may be obtained at the chief office of the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, Dunedin, who have been appointed Agents by the Board.
