In the Matter of the Dunedin Waterworks Act, 1874, and the City Corporation’s Assessment, or Valuation, for the purposes of the Water Rates, 1875, NOTICE ia hereby given, that Waterrate Payers arc, by law, entitled to Appeal against the Valuation within fourteen days after service of the Valuator’s notice. Any such appeals, setting forth the nature of the objections against the Valuation, can be lodged, in writing, at the Town Clerk’s Office, Manse street, Dunedin; but no appeals will be valid unless lodged within the time limited by the law, as above alluded to.
