Club who have bought the property), Comprising— Three Sets Blue Silk Repp Curtains, lined throughout, with Foulard silk and wadding interlining, and very wide satin border, edged with silk cord and silk tassel curtainholders. Also, addition of Buckram shaped draperies as'valances, trimmed with festooned rope, silk drop pendants, French silk fringe scroll-gimp, &c , &c., including very handsome gilt cornices. Two Divan Ottomans, spring stuffed, very soft. All hair, covered with rich silk repp trimmings and fringe; also, French silk hangers spaced all round. Elegant Centre Ottoman, in four compartments, stuffed, all hair, and covered with silk repp, trimmed with fringe, spaced bangers, &c., &c., the whole of the woodwork gilt. APPLIC ATIONS are invited by * tHe Colonial Bank of New Zealand for the whole or part of the first issue of the Otago Harbor Board Debentures, amounting to L 20.000. The Debentures will be issued for LIOO each, will bear interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum, principal and interest being payable at the option of applicants either in London, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Dunedin. The entire loan, which is secured on the Harbor Property and Revenues, is repayable by annual drawings after five years from date of issue, the total sum payable being not later than the year 1913. Farther particulars may be obtained at the chief office of the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, Dunedin, who have been appointed Agents by the Board.
