Wallabi sailed last night for the Bluff. The ship Waikato was berthed alongside the new jetty last night. The barque Otago passed the Heads this morning bound north. The steamer Star of the South sailed yesterday afternoon for Fiji, via Northern Ports. The steam dredge and the p.s. Peninsula were taken into the Graving Dock this morning. The brig Firefly was signalled at the Heads this morning, supposed to be from Newcastle. The brig William Cundall took advantage of the S.W. wind this morning, and sailed for Napier. The s.s. Albion took her departure for Melbourne, via Northern and West Coast Ports, this afternoon. The p.s. Samson took her departure for Oamaru shortly after the arrival of the 6.30 train this morning. The cutter Hope, for the Taieri, and the ketch Trial, for VVaikouaiti, came down this morning and sailed. The schooner Maid of Otago, for Timaru, came down from Dunedin this morning, and anchored off the ol t jetty. The ship Rosalia will be removed at high water alongside the hulk California, where she ■will discharge her cargo of timber from Puget Sound. The barque Fleur de Meurice, having been lightened to suit the depth of the upper har- ‘ bor, will be towed to Dunedin at high water by the p.s. Golden Age, where she will finish discharging her cargo of timber. Thes.s. Lady of the Lake arnvedatone o’clock this morning, and steamed alongside the Calypso to take on board another cargo of cylinders. She reports leaving the Molyneux at 4 p.m. yesterday and passing a brigantine, supposed to be the Lizzie Guy. The brig Vision, with a full cargo of timber from Kaipara, was towed up as far as the lower anchorage late last night. Captain Loverock reports leaving the Mill on the 16th, Rod took her departure on the 18th. She win be towed to Dunedin at high water to discharge. The s.s. Tararua arrived at noon to-day from Melbourne, via West Coast and Northern Ports, and berthed alongside the ship Mataura. She cleared Port Phillip Heads at 5 p.m. on the 12th, arrived off Hokitika at 2 a.m. on the 18th; called at Greymouth, Nelson, Welling ton, and Lyttelton, and arrived as above. We Mr Hart, purser, for report and files. Yesterday afternoon the b.»rque Robert Jones was signalled at the Heads, and the tug Geelong proceeded down and towed her up to her anchorage last night. She is from the Mauritius, with a full cargo of sugar for this p(»t. She left Port Louis on the 14th of October, had fins weather with variable winds durmg her passage, passed Stewart’s Island on the 21st, had light winds along the Coast, and arrived as above.
