Also, addition of Buckram shaped draperies asjvalances, trimmed with festooned rope silk drop pendants, French silk fringe scroll-gimp, &c., &c., including very handsome gilt cornices. Two Divan Ottomans, spring stuffed, very soft. All hair, covered with rich silk repp trimmings and fringe; also, French silk hangers spaced all round. Elegant Centre Ottoman, in four compartments, stuffed, all hair, and covered with silk repp, trimmed with fringe, spaced hangers, &c., &c., the whole of the woodwork gilt. Parisian Settee, with rails round the back, spring, stuffed all hair, and covered with silk repp. 4 drawing-room easy chairs (Parisian), 6 chairs, in silk repp, stuffed backs and seats. 2 fancy French chairs, finely carved, gilt in fine gold, covered in silk-repp. 2 gilt chairs with basket seats, 2 foot-stools, in gilt. Loose covers for the entire suite and curtains. Walnutwood Oblong Table, finely inlaid n? rich gilding, China plaque each side and back, bold brass handles, mounted with ormolu. Two Amboyna Card Tables, finely inlaid. Parisian Work Table, ebony and ormolu. Three Flower .Stands, do Very Superior Drawing-Room Suite, in solid walnutwood, upholstered in figured silk, comprising—Large couch. 8 chairs, 2 easy chairs, 2 footstools, centre table and 2 card tables, 3 sets window curtains to match the furniture, with lined covers for suite and curtains. ’ Rosewood Cottage Pianoforte, by John Broadwood and Son.
